I too am a friend of Mr. Billy Lamar, we went to high school together and I fish with him when I get away from Tampa and get up to his place. Right now a knee replacement surgery in December and an upcoming one in March, make May the first time I'll be able to go back. However, I did experience those big ranibows in October 2008 when it snowed 3 inches and was very cold.
